To appreciate who you are (not) is to experience what the self actually is (not).
The illusion of a self is deep and irresistible, so much so that it can be described as a delusion. It is pernicious, often causing quite a lot of suffering. It is an important experience to see through it by discovering Direct Experience. To see what actually is.

Hi Vince! Glad you’re doing this. Let me know how I can help.

Hi John, i’m pleased that you looked.
i’m just after general feedback, and of course focus on any mistakes.
i’m a bit out of touch with how a seeker thinks (of course they are all unique) so wonder how useful some of it might be.
Don’t work at it. Enjoy what resonates with you.
Thanks Vince.
Looking forward to many visits here.
Good on you Rod.
Do you think that this format might be useful for your group?
Hiya Vince!
Many modern seekers also deal with emotional content, suppressed trauma, and thought loops patterns that are centered around rejecting emotional experience in the body. Overall, the topic of shadow work. While it may not fall directly under the category of direct inquiry into self, etc, these can be powerful obstacles which can easily render inquiry ineffective if not made space for. Perhaps a section (or multiple sections) on that?
Thanks Ted, yes good idea. Where do you think it would be best situated? (maybe after “a perspective”?)
Hi Vince, the floating “are you still seeking gets/ stays in the way on my Android, maybe a metaphor but i think not your intent . Or maybe i can’t find the x to close it. Thanks for all you are doing.
Thanks Ira, i didn’t even think about the display on a phone. (now i will)
i thought that the page scrolling under the header was cool, but i only saw it on a laptop screen. Thank you again.
Fixed…
Love the picture on top. Perfect…able to see 2 different things in one thing.

Hey Vince, Please ignore if I am over using my amateur editor skills!
This website is about waking up. (Ok, this is the first pointer..) i’ve underlined the word “about” to highlight something that is really important.
“It is the difference between a concept and what is actual.”
If I am reading that line from above, it may be even more explicit to say “a concept of self and your actual identity” or something like that
