Doubt is the second fetter.
It almost always shows up after the self is converted from a delusion into an illusion.

It’s a continuation of expectations. (see expectations page)
“it can’t be this easy” or “This is too ordinary” are some of the thoughts that accompany the uncomfortable sensations.

Doubts are always the result of believing thoughts.

One of the best ways to ‘weather’ them is to go to the only thing that is actual, and that is experiencing.
